Role & Responsibilities:

Provide emergency medical care in a 14-bed ED at a 50-bed hospital with an annual volume of 25,000 patients. Manage a diverse patient population, collaborate with subspecialty backup including ortho, surgery, neurology, OB/GYN, cardiology, and nephrology. Focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with autonomy and local control.

Qualifications & Skills:

Board eligible or certified in Emergency Medicine, hold a current California license. Demonstrate clinical excellence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Duties:

Assess, diagnose, and treat emergency patients; coordinate with hospital subspecialties; ensure patient safety; document care accurately; participate in quality improvement initiatives.
