UM BWMC, part of the University of Maryland Medical System, is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine physician to practice in a high-acuity, physician-led environment where collaboration is central and career paths are built for the long term.

The department features double physician coverage, 24/7 AP support, Epic EMR with Dragon and DAX AI tools, and a compensation package that rewards base salary, productivity, and departmental performance.

Compensation

Compensation is comprised of a guaranteed base salary plus a significant productivity and departmental performance distribution, resulting in a competitive total compensation package.
