Job description

We're currently looking for a physician with a strong background in Obesity Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Gynecology who is passionate about long-term patient outcomes and ready to provide high-quality remote care.

Your Role:
  • Conduct virtual patient visits to assess and manage a variety of non-emergency health issues, with a particular emphasis on obesity and metabolic health.
  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment plans centered on long-term weight management and chronic disease prevention.
  • Document all consultations using our modern electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure efficient and compliant recordkeeping.
  • Partner with other remote clinicians to provide integrated care solutions.
  • Keep current with obesity medicine advancements, telehealth practices, and treatment standards.
Desired Background:
  • Board certification from the American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM)

  • Open to full-time or part-time scheduling for remote clinical work.

  • Must hold an MD or DO license and meet the following:

    • Active license in California (CA) or Illinois (IL) is required to begin.
      Willingness to work toward a total of 15 state medical licenses as part of the onboarding process (support provided).

    • Holding an IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) license is a strong plus and will streamline obtaining additional licenses.

  • Obesity Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Gynecology is required.

  • Excellent digital communication and clinical documentation skills.

  • Committed to digital care delivery and patient confidentiality.

  • Enthusiasm for obesity-focused virtual medicine and patient education.

Bonus Points:
  • Prior telemedicine or virtual care experience is helpful, though not required.
