Qualifications

• Must have at least 4 years professional E/M coding experience.
• Experience auditing coding and documentation for physicians and clinical services.
• Ability to develop and deliver education materials and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audits of coding/billing for physician and clinical services.
• Identify errors and assess medical necessity, documentation, and compliance.
• Develop provider education curriculums and lead education events.
• Collaborate with leadership to share audit results and action plans.
