• Passionate about delivering high‑touch, whole‑person care.

Responsibilities

• Care for 500–600 members ensuring meaningful visits.
• Spend 30–90 minutes per patient to listen and diagnose.
• Manage a predictable schedule with 6–8 patients per day.
