Job summary

Hawai‘i Pacific Health Medical Group is seeking a fellowship-trained Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician or a pediatrician who wishes to practice DBP exclusively. Responsibilities include clinical care at Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Children and outpatient care through referrals, with teaching at UH JABSOM and community leadership.

Ideal candidates should be Board Certified/eligible in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics or in general pediatrics with DBP interest, and all members are

  • Board Certified/eligible in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics (DBP) or a board certified/eligible general pediatrician who desires to practice DBP exclusively.
  • Clinical excellence in pediatric care with emphasis on developmental and behavioral aspects.
  • Academic involvement and community leadership expected as part of the faculty appointment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care at Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Children.
  • Deliver outpatient services through referrals.
  • Teach at the University of Hawai‘i, John A. Burns School of Medicine.
  • Engage in community educational leadership.

Responsibilities include clinical care at Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Children and outpatient care through referrals, teaching at the University of Hawai‘i, John A. Burns School of Medicine, and community educational leadership. Ideal candidate should be Board Certified/eligible in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics (DBP) or a board certified/eligible general pediatrician who desires to practice DBP exclusively.

All members of our pediatric specialty group are required to have a faculty appointment in the University of Hawai‘i, John A. Burns School of Medicine.
