Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Dermatology Mohs Surgeon to join a collaborative team, providing Mohs Surgery and General Dermatology with a balanced schedule of 2 Mohs days and 3 dermatology days.

You will work with Clinical Assistants, Histology Technicians, and RNs, supported by in-house Dermatopathologists for rapid pathology reporting and monthly conferences, in a multidisciplinary setting. Excellent communication and adaptability are essential for patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible dermatology training.
• ABD Mohs certification is required or in progress.
• Strong clinical and procedural Mohs and general dermatology skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Mohs surgery and general dermatology with a flexible schedule (2 days Mohs, 3 days general dermatology).
• Collaborate with Clinical Assistants, Histology Technicians, and RNs for patient care and biopsies.
• Leverage in-house Dermatopathologists for rapid pathology reporting and monthly conferences.
• Maintain collegial relationships with multiple disciplines and specialists.
• Participate in on-call coverage via E-Consults and phone support.
• Utilize an advanced EMR system and participate in a collaborative team environment.
