Job summary

CompHealth is recruiting dermatologists for a private practice in Greenbelt, MD. The position offers a flexible Monday–Friday schedule with options for a 4- or 5-day week, and no on-call or hospital duties to support work-life balance.

The practice features a mix of general dermatology and up to 25% cosmetics (optional), with strong support from medical assistants and on-site colleagues. Partnership opportunities and salary negotiation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible dermatologists encouraged to apply.
• Private practice with well-established patient flow (min 30 patients/day).
• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with 4 or 5 day options.
• No call and no hospital duties for excellent work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide dermatology care in a single-specialty private practice setting.
• Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate care and follow-up.
• Support cosmetic dermatology services as needed (optional).
