Job summary

Banner Health invites applications for a Critical Care Intensivist to join a collaborative, co-managed ICU team at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center in Casa Grande, AZ. The role requires BC/BE in Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine, or Internal Medicine with Pulmonary Critical Care credentials.

The schedule features 13 twelve-hour shifts monthly (7 AM–7 PM) in a block pattern of 5–7 shifts, focusing on critical care exclusively.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine and Critical Care or Internal Medicine with Critical Care/Pulmonary Medicine.
• Experience in an ICU/co-managed critical care unit is preferred.
• Ability to work 13–12 hour shifts per month on a 7 AM–7 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care in a co-managed intensive care unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage 13 shifts per month in a 5–7 shift block schedule.
