Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Physician and Community Liaison to combine clinical expertise with community outreach in MA and RI. You will interact with physicians, hospital leaders and management to promote and grow the wound care program benefits for patients.

The role emphasizes strategic marketing with hospital clients, educational outreach to medical professionals, and representing RestorixHealth at events while managing expenses and promoting the program’s advantages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with two years in healthcare, physician-directed education or healthcare promotion.
• Ability to develop effective business relationships with physicians, nurses and admins.
• Strong focus on delivering superior customer support and service.
• Excellent organization, planning, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to negotiate and influence others and to present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a tactical marketing strategy with RXH Regional/Program Directors and hospital clients to raise program awareness.
• Educates medical professionals on the program’s multidisciplinary wound care approach and its benefits for patients.
• Creates target lists of prospective professionals using hospital data, directories, events and sources.
• Develops strategic plans to hit monthly goals and aligns with RXH plans and hospital needs.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to measure progress and keep teams informed of activities and results.
• Executes promotional programs and represents RestorixHealth at community events and industry shows.
• Manages daily/weekly sales expenses until reimbursement per policy.
