Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport and Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-Shreveport are currently seeking a Cognitive Specialist to join our outstanding Academic Neurology department and dynamic team. Must be BC/BE and be eligible for a Louisiana license. Leadership opportunities are available to qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients with neurological conditions.
• Educate medical students and Neurology residents, including supervision in clinics, grand rounds, and didactic conferences.
• Participate in departmental activities and contribute to the growth of the Dementia program.
• Mentor and provide clinical expertise to faculty and residents.
• Handle a large patient volume with potential for leadership development.

• Multi-disciplinary Care Academic Medical department with the largest concentration of Subspecialty Neurologists in the Ark-La-Tex region.
