Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Physician Coding Liaison to coordinate communications, education, and coding expertise for the PRC Coding team. The role acts as the primary contact for the specialty, identifying coding opportunities and leading improvement projects.
The position involves root cause analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and may require 20–40% travel to client sites. Remote work is possible with onsite visits as needed.

The Physician Coding Liaison is responsible for coordinating physician communications, education, and expertise for the PRC Coding team. This position performs coder communications reviews, serves as the key contact for the specialty, and provides the front-line expertise for their specialty for the company and clients. This role also involves performing root cause analysis of trending identifying coding opportunities, supporting and at times leading coding opportunity improvement projects, and performing special coding projects as determined by leadership.
This position pays between $57,400 to $99,000 annually based on experience.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Coding, or equivalent experience.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
