Qualifications

  • Assist the RAC Coordinator in reviewing designated cases.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners for coding audits.
  • Design instructional tools for coding processes.
  • Serve as liaison between clinical providers and coding team.
  • Assist clinicians in structuring documentation to align with guidelines.
  • Analyze denied claims and implement corrective measures.
  • Streamline training across the organization.
