Required Education: MD/DO (or equivalent).

Required Related Experience: Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Diagnostic Radiology. Fellowship training in Cardiovascular and/or Thoracic Imaging (or equivalent subspecialty training).

Required License/Registration/Certification: Eligibility for or current certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). Must obtain Kentucky medical license upon appointment and maintain throughout the term of the appointment.
