Job summary

CompHealth is assisting in recruiting a Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery for a noteworthy program in northwest PA. This leadership role offers the chance to guide an established cardiothoracic service, with robotics on-site and a dedicated anesthesia team available around the clock.

The position includes a strong base salary, a two-year guarantee, and a sign-on bonus. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience, with chief-level experience considered a plus.

• Favorable call schedule for the team: 1:2.
• Robotics on-site with dedicated cardiac anesthesia team available 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Lead an established cardiothoracic program and serve as Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Replace the current chief in the role.
• Maintain favorable call schedule at 1:2.
• Oversee robotics on-site with dedicated cardiac anesthesia team available 24/7.
• Oversee the cardiac rehabilitation unit and hybrid operating room on-site.
