Mercy Northwest Arkansas is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our cardiovascular and thoracic surgery team in Rogers, AR. This full-time opportunity integrates a robust health system with teaching activities at the Alice Walton School of Medicine.

• Join the Cardiovascular & Thoracic surgery group with dedicated hospital-based and clinic-based staff.
• Participate in teaching with the Alice Walton School of Medicine and utilize the EPIC EMR system.
• Provide patient-centered cardiovascular services as part of Mercy Northwest Arkansas.

Mercy Northwest Arkansas is currently seeking a full-time, board certified/board eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our Cardiovascular and Thoracic surgery practice in Rogers, AR. The Alice L Walton Foundation, Mercy, and Heartland Whole Health announced a 30-year affiliation agreement in a joint effort to expand access to health care, reduce costs and improve health outcomes in the Heartland, in addition planning and designing a 100-acre world class health care campus in Bentonville. Part of this effort includes a 10-year affiliation with Cleveland Clinic and Heartland Whole Health to collaborate and provide world-class cardiovascular expertise and create a Cardiovascular Center of Excellence. Mercy is also serving as the primary clinical affiliate and teaching site for the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine. Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery Group

• Cardiovascular & Thoracic surgery group consists of 2 FT Surgeons, and dedicated hospital based and clinic-based APP's
• Dedicated CVOR team, 2 CVOR rooms and 1 hybrid OR with robotics available
• Strong partnership with high quality cardiology and hospitalist services
• Participate in teaching with the Alice Walton School of Medicine
• System wide EPIC EMR
