Base compensation starts at $741,600 annually, with performance bonus, production bonus, and call pay; the Pacific Northwest lifestyle and strong benefits complete the package.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible at time of employment.
• Licensed in the state WA by the time of employment.
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Base Compensation: $741,600.00 plus performance bonus, production bonus and call pay
