Job summary

Sanford Health in Aberdeen, SD, is seeking a BC/BE Cardiologist to join Sanford Aberdeen Medical Center. Nuclear Medicine is on site, with Stress tests and a Cath Lab available Monday through Friday, including STEMI coverage.

Ancillary services span Echo, Vascular, Stress, Ultrasound, CT/X-ray/MRI, Nuc Med, and more, all integrated via the EPIC system. The Compensation Package includes a comprehensive physician benefits package with health, dental, vision, 401K, disability coverage, life

Qualifications

• Board-certified/Board-eligible in cardiology.
• Experience with non-invasive cardiology procedures and nuclear medicine is desirable.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record system.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-invasive cardiology services at Sanford Aberdeen Medical Center.
• Coordinate STEMI coverage Mon–Fri and support Stress testing and Cath Lab activities.
• Collaborate with on-site ancillary services to support cardiac care.

• Nuclear Medicine on site

• Stress tests available Cath Lab available Mon.-Fri.

• STEMI coverage available Mon.-Fri.

• Ancillary Services Include: Anesthesiology; Inpatient & Outpatient Surgery with a Cardiac Cath Lab; Diagnostic Testing – Echo, Vascular, Stress, Ultrasound; CT/x-ray/MRI, Nuc Med; Respiratory Therapy; Lab & Pathology; Outpatient Infusion Center; Therapy Services, including Cardiac Rehab, Diabetes Education, Pharmacy and much more.
