Sansum Medical Group Santa Barbara is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Breast Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary oncology program at the Ridley-Tree Cancer Center. This 100% breast surgery role offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment with modern facilities and a strong team of specialists.

This role offers the chance to work within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary oncology program at the Ridley-Tree Cancer Center, one of the region's premier cancer care facilities.

Position Details

• 100% breast surgery practice - no general surgery call or coverage required

• Perform surgeries at the state-of-the‑art Foothill Ambulatory Surgery Center

You will join a robust oncology team that includes:

• Medical Oncologists

• Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons
• Breast Radiologists
• Dedicated navigation, wellness, and patient support services
