Job summary

Ochsner Health in Lafayette, LA seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Breast Radiologist to join a 100% breast imaging program with no general radiology duties. The role offers flexible scheduling, part-time options, and remote work opportunities within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Radiology with fellowship in Breast Radiology.
• Experience with 3D mammography, breast ultrasound and MRI preferred.
• Comfort working in a multidisciplinary team and block scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D screening and diagnostic mammography.
• Conduct breast ultrasound and breast MRI.
• Perform image-guided procedures including ultrasound- and MRI-guided biopsies and localizations.

Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Fellowship-Trained Breast Radiologist to join our growing and highly respected team in Lafayette, LA at Ochsner University Hospital & Clinics.

This is a unique opportunity to practice 100% breast imaging in a state-of-the-art, patient-centered program that prioritizes quality, collaboration, and innovation. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional care, supported by advanced imaging technology and a strong, established referral network.

Position Highlights:

• 100% breast imaging - no general radiology responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities:

• 3D screening and diagnostic mammography
• Breast ultrasound and breast MRI
• Image-guided procedures including:
  • Ultrasound-guided biopsies
  • Stereotactic biopsies
  • MRI-guided biopsies
  • Breast localizations
