Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Physician Assistants to join as independent contractors providing services to military service members in the Arizona region. The role emphasizes weekend availability with occasional weekdays on an as-needed basis, supporting reserve components.

You will conduct health assessments, review records, interview personnel, and document readiness classifications using a proprietary system. Active PA license, CPR/BLS, and experience in primary care or occupational health are

Qualifications

Active PA license in the state
CPR/BLS certification
Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health - preferred
Willingness to travel and work weekends
Able to work in various locations, including remote military installations

Responsibilities

Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires.
Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health.
Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using a proprietary system.
