Job summary

Evara Health in Clearwater, FL is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care across all life stages. You will diagnose, treat, and manage a broad spectrum of health conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support coordinated, high-quality care.

As part of a mission-driven nonprofit, you’ll contribute to improving community health, participate in ongoing education, and mentor students and junior providers.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited PA Certification Program.
• Board Certified PA licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care for individuals and families across life stages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to deliver coordinated care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Mentor students and support PA, nursing, and APRN training programs.
