True North Consultants, Inc. seeks a Physician Assistant to join our outpatient Psychiatry practice in California. The PA will provide behavioral health treatment for a wide range of psychiatric disorders and must be bilingual in Spanish to serve our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities include collecting histories, performing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, and collaborating with psychiatrists and staff to address acute and long-term mental health needs. CA PA license required.

Job description

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our outpatient Psychiatry practice. The Physician Assistant will provide behavioral health treatment for a wide variety of psychiatric disorders.

Job Qualifications/Job Duties

• The PA must be Bilingual Spanish.
• Certified as Physician Assistant in CA
• The Physician Assistant will treat all age patients.
• The PA will assess the patient's general mental health condition by collecting medical histories, administering comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and identifying issues that may be affecting the patient's state of mental health
• The Physician Assistant Collaborates with the psychiatrists and other staff members in the team in managing acute and long-term medical and psychiatric/mental health needs of patients.

Compensation Package

• We offer the Physician Assistant a very competitive salary of $155,000 to $205,000.
• We offer the Physician Assistant comprehensive benefits package paid 100% by Employer.
