Program Overview

Triad Complete Healthcare provides a financial and operational partnership for primary care practitioners. The program supports the launch and growth of a new clinic, culminating in full ownership for the practitioner.

Practice Launchpad Timeline
  1. Step 1: Triad manages all tasks needed to open the clinic, including staffing, credentialing, furnishing, and funding.
  2. Step 2: For the first 12 months, Triad employs the practitioner and oversees all practice operations—team, billing, coding, supervising physician, malpractice insurance, EMR, payroll, advertising, financials, and overall business operations.
  3. Step 3: After 12 months, ownership of the practice and its accounts receivable transfers to the practitioner. Triad continues to provide ongoing management and support.
  4. Step 4: At approximately 36 months, the practitioner fully owns the practice, free of debt and without requiring collateral or upfront investment.
Practitioner Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health by interviewing and performing physical examinations.
  • Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  • Provide quality outpatient services by appointment.
  • Offer ongoing health maintenance, education, and disease prevention, including periodic screening for adults.
  • Conduct well‑women gynecological exams, including appropriate screening, history, examination, and education.
  • Educate patients regarding disease processes and healthy habits.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of immunization schedules, routine adult health‑maintenance recommendations, and clinic protocols.
  • Order and evaluate appropriate laboratory and radiographic studies.
  • Complete continuing medical education and maintain licensure in good standing.
  • Maintain current prescriptive authority license, OBNDD, and DEA number.
  • Prescribe medications within the formulary limits of the Nurse Practitioner formulary.
  • Assist in community health screening and disease prevention activities.
  • Inform the Medical Director of difficult cases, poor outcomes, or involvement of other agencies.
  • Interact effectively with patients, families, clinic team members, and others necessary to satisfy patient care.
Qualifications
  • Current, valid license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) in Oklahoma.
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Dedication to providing high‑quality patient care.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
