Dental Metrics Maven in Blue Springs, Missouri is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our multidisciplinary pain-management team, providing care for orthopedic and chronic pain conditions. You will collaborate with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and other providers in a hands-on, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Active Missouri and Kansas PA licenses.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Willingness to learn new procedures and follow established clinical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on their care.
• Perform joint, trigger point, tendon, sacroiliac, PRP, and peripheral nerve block injections within your scope of practice.
• Perform ultrasound- and C-arm-guided procedures.
• Review diagnostic imaging and use findings to guide treatment.
• Coordinate care with Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, and medical providers.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate.
• Lead and support Medical Assistant staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
