Job summary

CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Alice, TX seeks a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established team. This full-time role offers a Mon-Fri, 8-hour shift with approximately 18–20 patients per day and uses the Epic EMR for patient records.

The physician-led clinic provides a sign-on bonus, comprehensive malpractice tail coverage, generous PTO and CME allowance, and benefits with no state income tax in Texas.

Qualifications

• Current licensure through the Texas Board of Nursing OR licensed Physician Assistant by the Texas State Medical Board or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
• BLS certification obtained by the American Heart Association.
• Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• See patients in a primary care clinic with a typical patient load of 18–20 per day.
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.
• Work within an Epic EMR environment in a physician‑led organization.
