Tucson Medical Center is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join the inpatient neurosurgery service at TMC Grant in Tucson, Arizona. This 0.6 FTE, part-time role supports a busy surgical service and enhances continuity of care.

The PA will work with a five-surgeon call group and a multidisciplinary team, performing rounds, patient assessments, admissions, consults, care coordination, documentation and discharge support.

TMC Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our inpatient neurosurgery service at TMC Grant. This benefits-eligible, 0.6 FTE position offers the opportunity to support a busy surgical service, strengthen continuity of care and contribute to ongoing service-line improvement.

The Physician Assistant will work collaboratively with a five-surgeon call group, a partner APP, hospitalists, nursing, case management, therapists, and other members of the inpatient care team. Responsibilities include rounding, assessment and management of hospitalized neurosurgical patients, admissions, consults, care coordination, documentation and discharge support.

Position Highlights

• Part-time, 0.6 FTE employment with TMC Health
• Two or three 10-hour shifts in an exclusively inpatient role
