The role offers a full-time outpatient schedule with EPIC EHR, a collaborative team, and a focus on whole-person care within a faith-based system.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current California Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Current NCCPA certification.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct wellness exams and preventive health screenings.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Promote health education and disease prevention.
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred

• Previous Family Medicine or Primary Care experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting

Compensation

Annual Salary Range: $132,000 - 198,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
