Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care in Mishawaka, IN is seeking NP/PA providers to deliver high-quality urgent care to adults and children. You will work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting, providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $80/hour, a $60,000 signing bonus for FT providers, robust onboarding, CME credits, modern clinics, and a strong benefits program to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in emergency medicine or 18 months in a high-volume urgent care setting.
• Licensure as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in the state where you are applying is required.
• Physician Assistant- Active board certification with NCCPA is required.
• Family Nurse Practitioner- Active board certification with AANP or ANCC is required.

Salary And Incentives

• Qualified NP/PA hourly rate is $80/hour
• Signing Bonus of $60,000 (FT only - 120 or 156 hours/mo.)

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in emergency medicine or 18 months of experience in a high-volume urgent care setting, including the ability to manage adult and pediatric patients

Preferred Qualifications
