Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is hiring experienced NP/PA providers to join our expanding urgent care network in the Kokomo area. You will care for adults and children in a fast-paced clinic, making accurate diagnoses and delivering high-quality treatment in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

We offer a comprehensive onboarding program, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment with flexible scheduling. Eligible dependents have access to free Urgent Care and Telehealth visits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in emergency medicine or 18 months in a high-volume urgent care setting.
• Licensure as Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in the applying state is required.
• PA-Active NCCPA, or NP-Active AANP/ANCC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in urgent care and occupational medicine settings.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with accurate diagnoses and treatments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and effective care delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in emergency medicine or 18 months of experience in a high-volume urgent care setting, including the ability to manage adult and pediatric patients
• Licensure as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in the state where you are applying is required
• Physician Assistant- Active board certification with NCCPA is required
• Family Nurse Practitioner- Active board certification with AANP or ANCC is required

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in emergency medicine or 3+ years of experience in a high-volume urgent care setting, including the ability to manage adult and pediatric patients
