Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care seeks a qualified NP or PA to deliver urgent care across adult and pediatric patient populations in a fast-paced setting. You will evaluate, diagnose, treat, and refer as needed while maintaining high-quality standards and patient safety.

Competitive hourly compensation of $80/hour with additional monthly bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits, including medical, vision, FSA/HSA options, and telehealth access.

Qualifications

• 1 year of emergency medicine experience or 18 months in a high-volume urgent care setting.
• Active state licensure as Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner is required.
• PA must hold NCCPA certification; FNP must hold AANP or ANCC certification.

As an NP or PA, you’ll succeed by:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in emergency medicine or 18 months of experience in a high-volume urgent care setting, including the ability to manage adult and pediatric patients
• Licensure as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in the state where you are applying is required
• Physician Assistant- Active board certification with NCCPA is required
• Family Nurse Practitioner- Active board certification with AANP or ANCC is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in emergency medicine
• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume urgent care setting, including the ability to manage adult and pediatric patients
