Job summary

Indigo Health, part of Multicare, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our float pool supporting urgent care clinics across the Puget Sound region. This role offers flexible full-time & part-time schedules; clinics operate 8am–8pm, with shifts planned two months in advance and opportunities to lead and mentor within a collaborative, patient-centered team.

Candidates must hold WA license, DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority, plus BLS certification and a minimum of 2 years post-degree

Qualifications

• WA license (active/good standing) required by time of employment.
• DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience post-degree in UC, ED or FM setting.

Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Indigo. This is a Float Pool Position for our Puget Sound Region Clinics.

North Region: Marysville, Lake Stevens, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Bothell, Kirkland, Issaquah, Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue

Central Region: Seattle, West Seattle, Tukwila, Burien, Kent, Federal Way, Covington, Maple Valley, Milton, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Orting

South Region: Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Puyallup, Tacoma, University Place, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo

Compensation: Earning potential of $200k+, as part of Indigo's market leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

Schedule: 8am-8pm, Full-time & Part-Time openings between PRN or 8-14 shifts per month. Schedules are created two months in advance with team input and offer flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.

The Opportunity

• Clinics are open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM
• Schedule is created 2 months in advance
• Clinic location for float pool team members may vary. Same-day shift changes may occur when unforeseen circumstances or callouts require providers to fill in
• Required to be confident in suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x-ray reads, treating all ages, and practicing autonomously
