A leading health care provider is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a float position across clinics in Bothell. You will support urgent care clinics, work autonomously, and be part of a cohesive team. Attractive earning potential and robust benefits are offered. Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Indigo. This is a Float position for our North Region Clinics based out of the Mill Creek Urgent Care Clinic.

Full Time: 11-12 shifts/month. Schedules are created two months in advance with team input and offer flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.

Compensation: Earning potential of $200k+, as part of Indigo's market leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

The Opportunity

• Clinics are open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM
• Schedule is created 2 months in advance
• Clinic location for float pool team members may vary. Same-day shift changes may occur when unforeseen circumstances or callouts require providers to fill in
• Required to be confident in suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x-ray reads, treating all ages, and practicing autonomously

Requirements

• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years clinical experience (post degree) in an UC, ED or FM setting
