MultiCare Health System seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join our Indigo Fellowship in urgent care. This 14-week program trains recent graduates or newcomers to urgent care to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with supervision.

The fellowship emphasizes mentoring, excellence in clinical and procedural instruction, and a growth mindset within a collaborative healthcare team. This is a full-time daytime position with a strong commitment to well-being and balance.

Qualifications

• WA State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment.
• DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Indigo Fellowship Program

The Urgent Care Fellowship is a 14-week program to train nurse practitioners and physician assistants who have recently graduated or are new to urgent care. The fellowship will build upon graduate academic training to strengthen and develop skills in a variety of domains critical to successful, independent practice.

• Mentoring: One‑on‑one mentoring with experienced providers who are passionate about both teaching and the future of healthcare.
• Excellence: Ensuring academic, clinical, and procedural excellence through formal, evidence‑based instruction using hands‑on practice and repetition.
• Confidence and efficiency: We provide the tools and guidance to build confidence and efficiency.
• Growth mindset: Fostering resilience and a growth mindset by building community and access to resources.
• Improving healthcare: Pairing technology, innovation, and the retail experience to radically improve how people access the care they need.

Upon successful completion of the Indigo Fellowship, you'll have developed the knowledge, skill, and attributes to independently and consistently provide evidence‑based, patient‑centered urgent care medicine at an accelerated pace, delivering the Indigo Experience, to every patient, every time.
