St. Luke’s Hospital in Missouri seeks a skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide healthcare services within the primary care setting under physician supervision and per the collaborative practice agreement with LLC and Physicians(s).

Qualified candidates hold a Nursing Degree, a Master’s in Nurse Practitioner, current Missouri RN licensure with Adult or Family NP certification, and 2+ years in a primary care clinic. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Missouri, current with ANA certification as Adult or Family NP.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a primary care clinic.
• Nurse Practitioner Master’s program completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services and treatments to patients as delegated by physicians, within NP scope.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote patient care and safety.
• Adhere to Collaborative Practice Agreement with LLC and Physicians(s).
• Deliver care consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Position Summary

Responsible for delivering health care services and treatments to patients of the practice, as delegated by the Physician(s), within the scope of practice of the nurse practitioner, and in accordance with the Collaborative Practice Agreement with LLC and Physicians(s). Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements

Education: Nursing Degree, Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Master’s Program

Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri, certified by the American Nurses Association as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.

Experience: Must have 2+ years of experience in a primary care clinic.
