Family Health Centers of San Diego is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to provide outpatient primary care at the Lemon Grove Family Health Center.
The role requires at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience, California licensure, and current CPR/BLS/ACLS or equivalent credentials. Bilingual abilities and experience serving underserved populations are preferred.

This location provides an array of high‑quality health care services, including prenatal and postnatal care, cancer screenings and general outpatient primary care.
