NexGen Medical Centers is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing orthopedic and interventional pain management team in Metro Atlanta. The PA-C will evaluate, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal injuries alongside physicians, developing individualized treatment plans and contributing to excellent patient outcomes.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or on-call duties, and a comprehensive benefits package, including CME support and licensing assistance.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia PA License or eligible to practice in Georgia.
• Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) required.
• BLS Certification
• Minimum one year of Physician Assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries.
• Review histories and imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray) to inform plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, options, and recovery expectations.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and coding.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality care.

About the Role

As a Physician Assistant, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries while working closely with our physicians to develop individualized treatment plans.

Our providers play an active role in improving patient outcomes and helping the practice continuously evolve through collaboration, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations
• Review medical histories and diagnostic imaging, including MRI, CT, and X-ray reports
• Diagnose orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery expectations
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Unlike traditional pain management practices, NexGen Medical Centers focuses on helping patients recover from acute injuries.

Our patient population primarily includes individuals recovering from:

• Motor vehicle accidents

• Joint and musculoskeletal conditions

We are a procedural-based practice dedicated to improving function, relieving pain, and helping patients return to their daily lives.

Providers will primarily work within our Metro Atlanta clinics, including:
