Job summary

Summit Health is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant to join our Orthopedic Surgery Department in Berkeley Heights and Morristown. The PA will assist in the operating room, manage outpatient overflow, and participate in hospital rounding to support a collaborative, physician-led care model.

Requires NJ PA license and NCCPA certification; OR experience is preferred. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and generous CME funding in a patient-centered environment.

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Physician Assistant to work collaboratively with our Orthopedic Surgery Department. The physician assistant will assist in the operating room, handle overflow of patients in the outpatient offices at Berkeley Heights and Morristown, as well as patient rounding in the hospital.

Compensation Range: $128,000- $160,000

The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position.
