HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a growing multispecialty practice in Panama City, FL. This is a full-time role offering $130,000–$140,000 annually with a productivity bonus and excellent benefits.

Enjoy no weekends, no call or holidays, and early Friday hours, with a collaborative team focused on relieving pain, restoring function, and helping patients return to an active lifestyle. Florida license required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active FL PA or NP license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with musculoskeletal and pain conditions.
• Perform patient exams and review histories, imaging, and diagnostic studies.

• Utilize multimodal care including medication management, physical therapy, and bracing when appropriate.
• Review and explain test results with patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, medical assistants, and other providers.

We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary medical team in Panama City FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA or NP who enjoys helping patients reduce pain, improve function, and get back to a more active lifestyle.

We offer a supportive team environment, manageable workload, no weekends, call, or holidays, and office hours that end early on Fridays.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and manage patients with musculoskeletal and pain conditions
