Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas license for NP or PA.
• NP: ANCC or AANP certification; FNP required.
• PA: NCCPA certification.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages.
• Active BLS certification.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays.
• DOT certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting.
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management.
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Document patient care accurately in the EHR.
• Code and bill services appropriately.
• Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks.

Job description

Location: Marble Falls, TX

Status: Full-Time

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; standard clinic hours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM/ Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, seven days a week

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + bonus eligibility

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Marble Falls, TX. Required Qualifications

• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast-track experience
• Strong procedural skills, including suturing, splinting, and wound care
• Experience with initial x-ray interpretation prior to radiology over-read
