Job summary

HCRC Consulting in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our established multidisciplinary practice. The role emphasizes hands-on musculoskeletal care, injections, and integrated patient care.

The provider will perform joint injections, trigger point injections, and PRP, with injection experience strongly preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Texas.
• Injection experience strongly preferred.
• Orthopedics/PM&R/sports medicine/pain management experience is a plus.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain.
• Perform joint and trigger point injections.
• Administer PRP and other injection therapies.
• Review imaging, labs, and medical records.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, therapists and support staff.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Houston, TX.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys hands‑on procedures, musculoskeletal medicine, and integrated patient care. The position includes joint injections, trigger point injections, and PRP, so previous injection experience is strongly preferred.

Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.

What You'll Do

Compensation & Benefits

• $60–$75/hour ($125K–$156K annualized), depending on experience
