This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality care for patients with liver disease within a supportive, innovative health system.

Position Details

• Full-time, outpatient-based position.
• Collaborative care model working closely with hepatologists, gastroenterologists, and transplant specialists.
• Responsibilities include patient evaluation and management, pre- and post-transplant care coordination, and ongoing chronic liver disease management.
• Opportunities for clinical research, quality improvement, and program development within a growing specialty service line.
• Monday-Friday schedule with shared call responsibilities as needed.
