HHC Advanced Practitioners (APP) enjoy full scope of practice, recognition, and respect for high-quality patient care. We seek a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead the Urgent Care Clinics (UCC) in Southwestern Connecticut, collaborating with the Physician Medical Director, Operational Director, Regional Manager, and clinical peers. The leader will oversee AP staff performance, quality, safety, training, and education, serve as an expert and role model, and supervise AP student rotations.
Urgent Care Advanced Practitioner Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or similar, with leadership experience. Preference for urgent care or occupational health experience. Experience treating all ages from birth to geriatrics.
