Job summary

UPMC Heart & Vascular Institute in Wellsboro and Mansfield, PA, seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA or CRNP) to join our outpatient cardiology team. The position focuses on high-quality cardiovascular care with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule, and no nights, weekends, or on-call duties.

You’ll collaborate with cardiologists and a multidisciplinary team to manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions and develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license and national CRNP or NCCPA certification.
• Licensure suitable for PA or CRNP practice in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in an outpatient setting.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions.
• Develop individualized care plans focused on quality outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on heart health and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

UPMC is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant/PA or Nurse Practitioner/CRNP) to join our Cardiology team within the nationally renowned UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute, serving patients across Wellsboro and Mansfield. Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No weekends, nights, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.
• Split between Mansfield & Wellsboro, PA offices

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in an outpatient setting

• Ability to provide age-appropriate patient care across the lifespan
• Ability to assess patient data and deliver care per departmental policies
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina and dexterity required for direct patient care
• Successful attainment and maintenance of hospital privileges, where applicable.

Licensure, Education, Certifications, and Clearances:
