Porch Light Health is looking for a Certified Physician Assistant, and/or Nurse Practitioner to work in the specialty of Addiction Medicine. We encourage new grads to apply as we will train you in the Addiction Medicine specialty. This job is 40 hours per week, clinic-based, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The medical Provider will see patients in clinic as well as via telehealth. You would be helping persons suffering from addiction or substance use disorder such as alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and benzodiazepines, etc. No prior addiction medicine experience is necessary. Emergency Room, Primary care, or psych experience is helpful. Must have an interest in helping underserved populations and be willing to learn new concepts. The ability to administer intramuscular medication by injection is required.
Job Type: Full‑time 8:00am‑4:30pm M‑F (Saturday Rotation)
Pay: $115,000 -$140,000 per year. The base salary offered will depend on various factors such as Education, Experience, Geographical Location, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.

Weekly schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30 & Saturday Rotation. Will provide coverage to Pueblo, CO clinic as needed.
