NextCare is seeking a full-time clinician to join our Gilbert, AZ urgent care team. You will evaluate and manage patients of all ages in a fast-paced setting, with emphasis on autonomy, mentorship, and community impact.

Expect a three 12-hour shift schedule, clinic hours 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, seven days a week, with rotating weekends and occasional holidays. Competitive hourly pay plus a monthly productivity bonus and a full-benefits package are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP/PA.
• Board certification or eligibility (NCCPA for PA; ANCC/AANP for NP; FNP required).
• Active DEA license.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages.
• Active BLS certification.
• DOT certification required or willingness to obtain (fees paid by NextCare)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or fast‑track experience
• Strong procedural skills (e.g., suturing, splinting, wound care)
• Experience with initial x‑ray interpretation prior to radiology over‑read
