Surgical cases are performed primarily at New England Baptist Hospital in Mission Hill, with future opportunities to support procedures at the expanding surgical center at One Brookline Place. You’ll be part of a large, collaborative Orthopaedics APP team of approximately 20 Advanced Practice Providers spanning a wide range of subspecialties.What You’ll DoAs an Orthopaedic NP/PA, you’ll partner closely with a surgeon whose practice includes general Orthopaedics, sports-related procedures, shoulder replacement surgery, and total knee replacements. You’ll assist in the operating room and independently manage your own outpatient clinic schedule, seeing the surgeon’s patients for post-operative visits, follow-up care, evaluations, and injections. Coordinates the care of patients in order to provide safe, effective, efficient and timely patient centered care.* Liaises between visiting nurses, clinical staff and consult services.
