Job summary

Inspire Health Medical Group, affiliated with UCSF Fresno, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) in the Division of Infectious Diseases in Clovis, CA. You will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal management for a broad range of infectious diseases in collaboration with Infectious Diseases physicians.

This role includes both inpatient and outpatient care, hospital consultations, and coordination of care with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Applicants should possess, or be eligible to obtain prior to hire, a California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
• Previous experience in Infectious Diseases or a related specialty is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal management of patients with infectious diseases.
• Deliver inpatient and outpatient clinical care, including hospital consultations and follow-up of complex cases.
• Coordinate antimicrobial therapy and care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with residents and infectious disease fellows in an academic teaching environment.
• Discuss opportunities for professional growth with the Division Chief.

Inspire Health Medical Group, affiliated with UCSF Fresno, has an excellent opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) in the Division of Infectious Diseases. The selected applicant will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal management of patients with a broad range of infectious diseases in collaboration with Infectious Diseases physicians.

This position includes both inpatient and outpatient clinical care, including hospital consultations, follow-up of complex infectious diseases, outpatient management of antimicrobial therapy, and coordination of care with multidisciplinary teams. The Advanced Practice Provider will also work closely with residents and infectious disease fellows in an academic teaching environment. Additional clinical responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth will be discussed with the Division Chief.

Salary: $130,000 -$145,000 per year

The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation may be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors. Actual compensation may also vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, and/or productivity.
