Job summary

Forefront Dermatology is seeking a full-time Cosmetic Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Portland, Oregon. Join a high-demand cosmetic practice, working with experienced physicians and a skilled clinical staff to deliver dermal fillers, BOTOX, lasers, and non-invasive skin treatments, while assisting in surgeries when needed.

You will manage pre- and post-operative care, coordinate with surgical teams, and contribute to a collaborative patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Oregon licensure as a PA or NP.
• Cosmetic dermatology or aesthetic experience preferred; surgical experience desired but not required.
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide cosmetic consultations and treatments, including dermal fillers, BOTOX Cosmetic, laser treatments, CoolSculpting, and other non-invasive skin treatments as clinically competent.
• Perform minor in-office procedures such as lesion and mole removal.
• Assist with GLP-1/wellness clinic patient and prescription management as needed.
• Facilitate pre-operative appointments, including patient history and physicals, education, authorizations, consents, and coordination of surgical needs.
• Provide post-operative patient care and follow-up.
• Assist surgeon(s) with major surgeries at local hospitals and the onsite surgery center as needed.
• Work closely with physicians, surgeons, nursing staff, and other clinical team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Participate in staff education, patient care meetings, and other clinical activities as needed.

The physicians of The Waldorf Center for Plastic Surgery, in partnership with Forefront Dermatology, are seeking a full-time Cosmetic Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. You’ll work alongside experienced physicians and a skilled clinical support team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Oregon licensure as a PA or NP
• Current national certification and required state licensure/certifications
• Cosmetic dermatology or aesthetic experience preferred
• Surgical experience, particularly assisting in plastic surgery, preferred but not required
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
