Bradsmithdo is seeking a PA or NP with a focus on sleep medicine, offering autonomy and a path to advanced practice leadership. The role emphasizes structured development, mentoring, and the ability to tailor workload to individual interests.
Compensation is drawn against productivity with meaningful earnings potential, including a full-time path that may evolve toward provider-leader responsibilities, depending on production and leadership involvement.
We value sleep medicine experience and match clinical support to your skills. We also want to understand your preferred schedule, income goals, and time away. Your experience and the work you choose to take on help shape the arrangement we build together.
Experienced Premium value for proven sleep-medicine capability and efficient independent work.
Developing Structured specialty development with clear expectations and support.
Autonomy Increasing clinical independence as competence is demonstrated.
Growth Clinical expertise, mentoring, teaching, and leadership can develop with your interests and the practice’s needs.
Repeatable workflows, dedicated clinical support and clear escalation standards let the APP spend more time on the work that actually requires clinical judgment.
A PA or NP who is self-directed, clinically curious, comfortable with accountability, strong with patients and motivated by becoming unusually good at a focused specialty.
Your workload, income, time off, and clinical interests belong in the same conversation. We’ll work through them together to find a mutually beneficial fit, and revisit that balance as your career evolves.
Workload & schedule The pace and pattern of work that fit your life.
Income & contribution Compensation matched to the work and responsibilities you take on.
Time off Room for the people, interests, and commitments that matter to you.
Clinical focus & growth The work you enjoy now and what you would like to explore next.

Your work · Your life · A mutually beneficial fit
We don’t believe every clinician wants the same career or the same schedule. Your desired workload, income, time off, clinical interests, and leadership involvement all belong in the conversation.
We’re a small, nimble practice. We can work together to design a mutually beneficial arrangement that supports your priorities, our patients, and our team.
A lighter, part-time schedule generally means lower total annual earnings. A highly productive full-time practice, with greater clinical production or broader responsibilities, can offer substantially higher earning potential. Remote arrangements may be considered where the work allows. Your compensation reflects what you produce and contribute to the organization under the plan we agree on.
Clinician compensation uses a draw against productivity earnings, with the draw credited toward total compensation. We do not impose an arbitrary ceiling on productivity-based earnings. We’ll work together to align your workload, time off, income goals, and responsibilities.
A typical full-time physician, PA, or NP agreement includes three weeks of annual paid vacation, recognized paid holidays, and separate legally required paid sick leave.
Your vacation allowance is a starting point for discussion. More or less vacation, different schedules, and different combinations of clinical work and leadership can be negotiated alongside compensation and responsibilities.
We’ll work with you to build a mutually beneficial arrangement that supports your priorities, our patients, and the team.
Not every PA or NP wants the same career. You may want a lighter schedule and more time outside work, a traditional full-time clinical role, or a high-performance Provider-Leader role with greater production, ownership, and responsibility.
Annualized draw against productivity earnings: $145,000 for a PA or NP. This is the proposed draw for a full-time clinical role. Your agreement defines the productivity formula and responsibilities for the workload we agree on.
High-performance Provider-Leader potential: approximately $200,000–$220,000+ in total annual earnings. At that level, an experienced PA or NP may carry a high-volume five-day clinical schedule, manage the home sleep testing workflow, and lead a local support team such as sleep coordination, front office, and scheduling—with oversight and support from a board-certified sleep physician.
A PA in our practice earned approximately $200,000 in 2025. That historical result and the $200,000–$220,000+ Provider-Leader range are not guarantees for another clinician. Actual compensation depends on production, collections, schedule, agreed leadership responsibilities, and the written compensation formula. The draw is credited toward total earnings.
We prefer in-person teamwork. PA and NP telemedicine arrangements may be considered when the role, licensure, patient needs, and candidate fit support them. Final location and schedule are negotiated; remote work is not guaranteed.
Employer-provided health insurance is not offered. Relocation assistance may be negotiated for the right fit; it is not guaranteed.
